    To assure accuracy and safety of personal information we will implement information security and other safety measures, striving to prevent improper access to personal information or its loss, destruction, alteration or leakage, and rectifying such should they occur.
  3. Respect for the rights of subjects of information
    We will respect the rights of persons who are the subject of personal information. When they request us to disclose, correct or delete their personal information or to refuse to use or provide it, we will accede to such requests to the extent that it is proper to do so in consideration of socially-accepted ideas and practices.
  4. Adherence to laws
    In handling personal information, we will adhere to laws, regulations and other codes applicable to protection of the personal information in question. Further, we will adapt our Personal Information Protection Compliance Program to conform to such laws, regulations and other codes.
